Milled Rubber Tender

Job Description

As a Milled Rubber Tender, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the rubber production process. Your role will ensure the quality and safety of our products while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling machinery following safety and operational guidelines.
• Feed raw rubber into machines and adjust settings for optimal output.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product quality.
• Keep work area organized and safely manage chemicals used in production.
• Document production reports and machine performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance production efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions and safety meetings.
• Provide input for continuous improvement in production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior Experience in Rubber Milling: Experience specifically related to rubber production and milling processes.
