Command and Control Center Specialists

Job Description

The Command and Control Center Specialists will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of critical military communication systems, including the Joint Tactical Ground Station (JTAGS) and Multi-Mission Mobile Processor (M3P). This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and conducting regular preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time data from JTAGS and M3P systems to maintain operational integrity.
• Document and report on any discrepancies found during system monitoring.
• Engage in cross-training sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
• Assist in the development of operational procedures and instructions.
• Participate in drills and exercises to ensure preparedness.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for system improvements.
• Ensure all operations align with military standards and protocols.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency with systems.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree or military training in relevant field is preferred
• Certification in military command systems is a plus

Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in military operations related to command and control systems.

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
