Job Description

Join our team as a Digital Computer Systems Analyst, where you will evaluate existing computer systems and processes, recommend improvements, and implement innovative digital solutions. You will work closely with various teams to ensure efficient and effective digital operations, enhancing overall organizational productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current processes and recommend digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on new software and tools.
  • Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting on new systems.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest necessary adjustments.
  • Engage in strategic project planning to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate on cross-department projects with IT and business units.
  • Execute data-driven analysis to inform management decisions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
