Responsibilities
Analyze project requirements and develop rigging plans accordingly.
Supervise the setup and disassembly of rigging for different types of projects.
Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate logs of rigging activities and equipment usage.
Optimize rigging processes to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
Provide guidance and oversight to engineering teams regarding rigging specifications.
Assist in the procurement of rigging equipment and materials as needed.
Evaluate and implement new rigging technologies or equipment to improve efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates.
Requirements
Education
Certification as a Rigger from an accredited institution
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience in rigging and heavy equipment operations.
