Job Description

Green Haven Landscaping is looking for dedicated Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers to join our skilled team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, and will work closely with clients to implement their vision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing landscape designs that meet client specifications.
• Manage site preparation and grading for landscaping projects.
• Supervise junior landscaping staff and assist with training.
• Maintain an inventory of landscaping supplies and report shortages.
• Implement seasonal maintenance tasks such as seasonal planting and mulching.
• Ensure all jobs are executed on time and to quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
• Take measurements and document job site conditions for accurate project planning.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all landscaping tools and equipment!
• Engage with clients to ensure their expectations are met throughout the project.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in landscaping or horticulture

Experience

• 3 years of experience preferred.

• Equipment operation

Certifications

• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
