Responsibilities

• Identify faults in mobile devices and determine the best solutions.

• Assist customers by troubleshooting problems through remote support when applicable.
• Educate customers on proper device maintenance and usage.
• Ensure tools and workspaces are clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Electronics or related field preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of practical experience in mobile device repair.
