Job Description
As a Food Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of banquet operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating events, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, organizing, and executing of banquet events.
Work closely with kitchen staff for menu selection and food presentation.
Lead staff training to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Resolve any issues during events to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future events.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with marketing to promote events and services.
Maintain financial records and prepare reports on event success.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
