Job Description

As a Food Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of banquet operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating events, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, organizing, and executing of banquet events.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff for menu selection and food presentation.
  • Lead staff training to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Resolve any issues during events to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote events and services.
  • Maintain financial records and prepare reports on event success.
  • Adapt to changing event requirements and client requests.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience
  • Experience in high-end banquet operations.
