Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Passenger Attendant to oversee and enhance the operation of our ground transportation services. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. You will play a critical role in coordinating transport activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of ground transportation, ensuring safety standards are met.
  • Maintain excellent communication with drivers and dispatchers to resolve any issues.
  • Review and analyze efficiency metrics to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in transportation or logistics is a plus
Experience
  • Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
