Job Description

As a Remote Customer Success Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing usage of our products, all while fostering strong relationships that enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Relevant certifications preferred

  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in tech
