Helpers - Production Workers

Job Description

We are seeking motivated Helpers - Production Workers to assist in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks including machine operation support, quality control, and collaboration with team members to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery under the guidance of machine operators.
• Document production activities and report weekly progress.
• Maintain quality logs to track production consistency.
• Assist in setup changes between production runs.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Perform inspections on raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or production preferred

Technical Skills

• Hand-eye coordination
• Basic math skills

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Flexibility

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Hands-on experience addressing machinery malfunctions.
• Flexibility to work different shifts or weekends, if required: Willingness to adapt to scheduling needs in production.
