Join Innovative Metalworks Corp. as a Tool and Die Maker, where you will be responsible for the crucial finishing and polishing of metal dies used in our advanced manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in die finishing and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of dies and tools to ensure optimal functionality.
• Use grinding, sanding, and polishing tools to achieve desired finishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Continuously improve processes related to die finishing and related areas.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to die usage and finishing techniques.
• Document processes and results for continuous training and improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers to enhance die designs based on finishing results.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machining or metalworking preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metal finishing processes

Technical Skills

• Advanced polishing techniques
• CAD software familiarity

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
