UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a creative UI/UX Designer to enhance our product offerings. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and improving user experiences across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling mockups to hand over to developers for implementation.
• Ensure coherence and consistency in branding and aesthetics across all design work.
• Mentor junior design team members and provide constructive feedback on their work.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.
• Identify and troubleshoot UI issues to refine the user experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design heavily focused on user research

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Responsive Design

Certifications

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification
• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in HTML and CSS.: Ability to provide insights into front-end development.
