As a Cold Headerman, you’ll be key in operating and maintaining cold header machines to produce precise metal components. Responsibilities

• Operate cold header machines, ensuring they are set up correctly for each job.
• Conduct regular inspections of machine operation and production output.
• Adjust machinery settings as needed to optimize performance and reduce waste.
• Document production results and machine maintenance logs.
• Implement safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new operators on best practices and machine operation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in metalworking is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and maintaining cold header machines
