Responsibilities

• Operate various types of footwear production equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair machinery when necessary.
• Document production metrics and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist in the training of new hires in machine operation.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production and safety updates.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Vocational training in manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
