Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pulley Man who will be responsible for operating and maintaining pulley systems across different industries. The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical skills and an understanding of safety protocols, ensuring that pulleys and hoists run efficiently to lift and move heavy objects safely.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and adjust pulley systems for optimal performance.
  • Provide feedback on the effectiveness of current maintenance practices.
  • Implement improvements to streamline operations and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards regarding equipment safety.
  • Support incident investigations related to equipment failures.
  • Assist in developing maintenance schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Participate in safety audits and inspections.
  • Actively contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in related fields are an advantage.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in operating and maintaining pulley systems.
