Job Description

As a Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines that slice, shred, and cut various types of fibers. You will ensure the machines operate efficiently to produce insulation, filters, and packaging materials that meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct machine setup and calibration before production starts.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Observe and engage in continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production progress.
• Ensure the workspace is organized and materials are accessible.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in fiber cutting technology preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
