We are seeking an experienced Gunsmith to join our dynamic firearms service team. Your expertise in firearm repairs and modifications will play a critical role in upholding our reputation for quality. The successful candidate will have experience with various firearm platforms and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose firearm malfunctions and implement effective repairs.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment for assembly and disassembly.
• Educate customers on safe firearm usage and maintenance practices.
• Conduct quality inspections on all repaired firearms before client delivery.
• Participate in continuous training to enhance technical skills in gunsmithing.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Gunsmithing or related field
• Bachelor's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on gunsmithing experience

Technical Skills

• Custom Firearm Modifications
• Mechanical Repair

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration
• Detail-Orientation

Certifications

• NRA Certified Instructor

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Retail experience in firearms: Prior experience in a retail environment dealing with firearms.
• Familiarity with state and federal laws: In-depth understanding of legislation regarding firearms ownership and safety.
