Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ply Bander to join our production team. In this role, you'll operate and maintain banding machines to ensure that plywood sheets are securely packaged for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Monitor banding machines during production runs.
• Adjust machine settings as required for different product specifications.
• Inspect and verify the quality of packaged products.
• Work closely with quality control teams to resolve any issues.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Make recommendations for improvements in efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in adhesive bonding or related role preferred.
