Job Description

As a Bullet Charging Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. Your primary responsibilities will include operating and managing the bullet charging machine, ensuring optimal performance, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain bullet charging machines to load ammunition cartridges.
  • Ensure that all processes conform to safety and quality standards.
  • Test and calibrate machines to maintain production flow.
  • Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.
  • Perform preventative maintenance checks and report issues to supervisors.
  • Monitor production levels and adjust workloads to meet demands.
  • Collaborate with quality control to enhance product quality.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies.
  • Engage actively in team planning and improvement discussions.
  • Document all troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in machine operation or ammunition production preferred.
