Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Home Appliance Repairer to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of home appliances. You will work directly with customers to ensure their satisfaction with timely and effective service.

Responsibilities

• Repair kitchen and laundry appliances in accordance with industry safety standards.
• Educate customers on appliance usage and maintenance.
• Conduct appliance installations as necessary.
• Assist in developing training materials for service staff.
• Participate in ongoing training and emergency drills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification from a recognized appliance repair program is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in home appliance repair
