Responsibilities

• Set up drop hammer equipment for various forging tasks.
• Ensure machines are operating within specified tolerances.
• Oversee the maintenance schedule for drop hammer systems.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams for product evaluations.
• Implement machine improvements based on operator feedback.
• Monitor production lines to meet efficiency goals.
• Engage in safety training to promote a safe work culture.
• Manage tooling and equipment for optimal performance.
• Identify training needs for team members.
• Document and report any safety incidents immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
