Job Description

Join our team as a Well Field Technician, where you will conduct inspections and maintenance on essential well field equipment. Successful candidates will have strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain drilling rigs, pumps, engines, and other equipment used in oil and gas production.
  • Assist in the documentation of operation logs and maintenance procedures.
  • Collect data and analyze performance metrics to optimize operations.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.
  • Participate in safety training and efforts to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles preferred
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in data collection and analysis
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems
Soft Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Advantageous

  • Certification in HAZWOPER: Knowledge of hazardous waste operations and emergency response.
  • Prior experience in the oil and gas sector: Experience working in field operations or maintenance.
