Job Description

As a Filter Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our filtration systems. Your role is crucial to ensure the optimal performance of these systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise and conducting routine inspections.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of filtration systems following safety and efficiency standards.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of filtration equipment.
  • Assist in implementing operational improvements to enhance system performance.
  • Draft reports on system performance and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain clean working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Train new staff on filtration operations and safety protocols.
  • Identify and report any required repairs or maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
  • Participate in safety audits and comply with health regulations.
  • Support environmental and sustainability initiatives in operations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma; technical certification is a plus
Experience
  • Prior experience in water treatment or manufacturing environments is advantageous
