Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Form Maker to help us design innovative forms that enhance our data collection processes. As part of our team, you'll work independently and collaboratively to test, troubleshoot, and optimize forms to ensure they meet the necessary standards and requirements. Your strong communication skills will facilitate teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop forms for data collection, feedback, and lead generation purposes.
• Work closely with the Design team to create visually appealing forms.
• Integrate forms with various platforms and databases.
• Test forms across different devices for responsiveness and accessibility.
• Identify opportunities for improving form efficiency and performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of form design experience, particularly in digital environments.

Certifications

• Google Analytics Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
