Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will work on various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople in completing tasks efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Fill and finish joints according to specifications.
• Inspect job sites for safety and cleanliness.
• Support the team in carrying out daily tasks effectively.
• Use tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Report to the Site Supervisor about daily activities.
• Attend training sessions to improve techniques and safety awareness.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• 2 years of experience in a construction-related position

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Safety Protocols
• Physical Stamina

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• First Aid Certification: Possession of a first aid certification is a plus.
• Prior Experience in Joint Filling: Hands-on experience with applying joint fillers and sealants.
