Job Description

The Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers will play a critical role in the glove production process by ensuring that products meet strict quality standards. This position demands keen attention to detail, as you will be responsible for matching and inspecting gloves according to size and style.

Responsibilities

• Document defected gloves and report to the supervisor.
• Engage in regular training sessions for continuous improvement.
• Perform routine maintenance on inspection equipment as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
