Job Description

As a Heat Treating Equipment Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in our wire production process. You will operate annealing equipment to heat and cool wire products, enhancing their strength, conductivity, and ductility. Your attention to detail and quality control will ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate heating and cooling systems as part of the annealing process.
• Perform regular checks on product quality and report any discrepancies.
• Follow detailed work instructions to meet production demands.
• Assist in training new employees in equipment operation and safety measures.
• Provide feedback on equipment needs and potential upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in manufacturing or related field is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years in a heat treating or manufacturing role preferred

Technical Skills

• Annealing equipment knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in the wire and cable industry: Experience working with wire products or similar materials.
