Juice Packaging Machines Setter

Job Description

Join our team as a Juice Packaging Machines Setter, where you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining packaging machinery for our juice production line. Experience in the juice industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines for optimal juice packing processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment performance and quality metrics.
• Assist in the development of SOPs for machine operation and maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.
• Support other team members and share knowledge on best practices.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve machinery issues swiftly.
• Document all changes made to machine settings and operations.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on new machinery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Food Safety or Quality Control is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the juice packaging industry.
