We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to join our team in Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing processes and optimization of chemical production. You will work on innovative projects that enhance sustainability and efficiency in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization projects to enhance yield and efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality materials are available.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of manufacturing processes.
• Develop training materials for process safety and equipment operation.
• Act as a liaison between production and engineering departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing

• Chemical Process Simulation

Certifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles: Experience applying Lean principles to reduce waste in manufacturing processes.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC): Proficient in using SPC for monitoring and controlling processes.
