Job Description

As a Food Batchmaker, you will play a key role in preparing and creating food batches following precise recipes and quality standards. This position demands attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Weigh ingredients to ensure batch consistency and quality.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary to meet standards.
  • Keep detailed records of batch production for compliance purposes.
  • Ensure all safety practices are followed during production.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team for equipment troubleshooting.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency.
  • Assist with training new staff in batching processes.
  • Utilize software for inventory and batch tracking.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Experience or training in food safety preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in batch production or related fields
