As a Food Batchmaker, you will play a key role in preparing and creating food batches following precise recipes and quality standards. This position demands attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Weigh ingredients to ensure batch consistency and quality.
Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary to meet standards.
Keep detailed records of batch production for compliance purposes.
Ensure all safety practices are followed during production.
Work closely with the maintenance team for equipment troubleshooting.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency.
Assist with training new staff in batching processes.
Utilize software for inventory and batch tracking.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
Education
Experience or training in food safety preferred
Experience
1-3 years of experience in batch production or related fields
