UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to develop engaging user experiences and create aesthetically pleasing designs for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as proficiency in design tools such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite. You will work closely with product managers and developers to define user requirements and translate them into creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Research competitive products and incorporate relevant findings into design.
• Contribute to maintaining a design system and style guide.
• Provide design specifications and assets to development teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in creating user-centric designs
