Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setter or Operator. In this position, you'll be responsible for the setup and operation of advanced cutting and punching machines, focusing on quality and efficiency to support our expanding manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines before production runs to optimize efficiency.
• Load materials into machines and monitor processes.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on cutting and punching equipment.
• Report any machinery issues to management promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years in a related manufacturing position

Technical Skills

• CNC operation
• Measurement tools

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Teamwork

Certifications

• CNC certification
• OSHA safety certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• CNC machine experience: Familiarity with CNC programming and operations.
• Quality control experience: Experience in quality assurance processes in manufacturing.
