We are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Paper Goods Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders. This position involves overseeing the corrugator machine's operations to ensure efficiency and quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of corrugator operations including setups and quality control.
• Lead team meetings to discuss production goals and safety practices.
• Conduct training for new employees on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Provide support in troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing repairs.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in manufacturing technology or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years experience with corrugated machinery preferred.
