Job Description

As a Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating machinery that applies coatings to products. You will ensure that production meets quality standards while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple plating and coating machines simultaneously.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets.
• Support inventory management and ordering processes as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing

Languages

• English: Fluent
