Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Pourer to supervise the casting operations. In this role, you will ensure the correct pouring of molten metal into molds, while maintaining safety protocols and quality standards. If you have a passion for metalworking and leadership, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the pouring process to enhance productivity.
  • Implement corrective actions for identified quality issues.
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely metal supply and mold preparation.
  • Compile daily production reports and assist in inventory management.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives related to casting processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy or Materials Science is beneficial
Experience
  • 4-6 years of supervisory experience in a casting environment
