Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for the role of Inspector, Tester, Sorter, Sampler, and Weigher. In this position, you will conduct inspections, monitor production processes, and analyze data to identify trends, ensuring that our manufacturing processes uphold quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections on incoming raw materials and components.
• Test and sort products according to industry standards.
• Document all findings related to product quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions for quality defects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review quality control processes and suggest enhancements.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure new products meet quality specifications.
• Use inspection tools and technology effectively to increase accuracy.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field preferred
