Job Description
We're hiring a Counter and Rental Clerk to deliver outstanding customer service at our front desk. This role involves greeting visitors, managing rental queries, and providing various administrative tasks to maintain an organized workspace.
Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide information on rental services available.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and record keeping.
Aid in scheduling meetings and informing attendees.
Keep the front desk tidy and organized at all times.
Handle customer rentals and process transactions efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding services and address any issues.
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance service quality.
Requirements
Education
Some college coursework preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
