Shoe Machine Operator

Job Description

We're looking for skilled Shoe Machine Operators to join our factory. You will operate specialized machinery to fabricate shoe components, maintaining high standards of quality control and efficiency throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery for fabricating shoe components.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace.
• Follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with team members.
• Assist in training new operators and sharing best practices.
• Work efficiently to keep up with production schedules.
• Report any serious machinery concerns to the Production Manager.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in manufacturing are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in footwear production preferred

Technical Skills

• Machine Maintenance

Advantageous

• Certifications in footwear design: Relevant certifications in the field of footwear production or design.
