Job Description

The Wash Oil Pump Operator Helper will assist in the operation of wash oil pump equipment, helping to ensure efficient and safe operations in an industrial setting. While prior experience is beneficial, we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to grow within the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pump operations and assist in adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of equipment.
• Contribute to safety checks before and during operation.
• Assist in documentation and inventory of materials.
• Work with team members to resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any hazards.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve operational skills.
• Observe experienced operators to gain practical insights.
• Participate in emergency drills and safety training.
• Support overall team efforts to meet production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

• Preferably some experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Pump operations knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment: Experience working in a similar role is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of pumps and related equipment: Familiarity with the functionality and maintenance of pumps.
