Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machines that grind and polish various food grade materials, adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials are prepared and ready for processing.
• Regularly clean and service machinery to maximize operational efficiency.
• Analyze production data and suggest modifications for improved performance.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to meet safety and food quality standards.
• Assist in the development of new processes for product enhancement.
• Help maintain compliance with food safety regulations and practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or food processing environments

Technical Skills

• Equipment Maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual Skills: Ability to communicate in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
