Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grinding and Buffing Machine Tool Setter/Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sanding and polishing various surfaces, ensuring a smooth finish. Attention to detail and proficiency with different tools and techniques are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tools and equipment are calibrated and in good working condition.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on machines as required.
• Work efficiently to minimize waste and optimize production yield.
• Assist in training new team members on machine operations and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Technical training in manufacturing or a related field

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience as a Sand Buffer or in a related position

Languages

• English: Fluent
