Job Description

As a Guest Services Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable stay. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and providing valuable information about the hotel and local attractions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure guests feel valued and recognized during their stay.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between guests and hotel services.
  • Manage guest records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of promotional activities.
  • Work collaboratively with all hotel departments for guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 1-3 years in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality
Technical Skills
  • POS software

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with hotel booking platforms: Experience with systems such as Expedia or Booking.com.
