Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for moving, stocking, and managing freight, stock, and materials within our facilities. This role is essential in maintaining operational efficiency and a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

• Utilize pallet jacks and other equipment to transport goods throughout the facility.
• Ensure all shipments are loaded securely to prevent damage during transport.
• Scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems.
• Assist with setting up and organizing warehouse layout for efficient workflow.
• Engage in cross-training to assist in other warehouse roles as needed.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and workplace safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors about workload and priorities.
• Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in freight and stock handling.

Technical Skills

• Logistics Software
• Packing and Labeling

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Communication

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Training Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with inventory tracking software: Hands-on experience with systems that manage stock levels.
• First Aid Certification: Certification for basic first aid procedures is a plus.
