This critical role involves managing cargo shipments, coordinating with carriers and freight forwarders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Ideal candidates will have experience in logistics and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss shipment schedules.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes.
• Handle cargo claims and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Ensure proper documentation for hazardous materials is completed.
• Monitor inbound and outbound cargo inventory closely.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Relevant experience may substitute for a degree

Experience

• 3 years of experience in cargo handling and transportation logistics

• Shipping Carrier Systems

• Freight Forwarder Certification
