Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Miami. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular backups and recovery of systems.
  • Help develop IT policies and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
