Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Floor Finisher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will apply finishes to a variety of flooring surfaces, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prepare floor surfaces to ensure a proper finish.
• Skillfully apply floor finishes using appropriate techniques
• Monitor and maintain equipment such as sanders and buffers.
• Repair or restore damaged flooring surfaces as needed.
• Ensure floors are properly cleaned to prevent defects in finishing.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet quality and deadline requirements.
• Document completed work and materials used accurately.
• Provide professional customer service and address client inquiries.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Floor Finisher or in a related role
