Job Description

As the Director of Entertainment, you will lead the planning and execution of all entertainment initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the entertainment landscape, capable of fostering relationships with key stakeholders and driving a culture of creativity and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of entertainment professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards for all entertainment events.
  • Evaluate the success of entertainment initiatives through performance metrics and guest feedback.
  • Continuously seek innovative ideas to enhance entertainment offerings and guest engagement.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to promote entertainment events effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Entertainment or Business Administration
  • MBA or advanced degree in related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 10+ years of significant experience in the entertainment sector
