Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to be a key player in our HR team. This role will focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and supporting our employee engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to HR processes and a real knack for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment efforts and liaise with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding experiences.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Keep HR policies updated and compliant with regulations.
  • Assist with performance management and employee development.
  • Facilitate training and workshops for staff.
  • Coordinate HR reporting and analytics.
  • Contribute to the health and wellness programs.
  • Support all aspects of benefits administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree or HR certification preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR support roles
