Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to oversee and coordinate clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory practices and quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in conducting research to evaluate the effectiveness of new treatments and therapies. This position demands a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient recruitment and retention efforts to meet enrollment targets.
• Conduct data verification and auditing to maintain study quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for trial materials and necessary equipment.
• Manage trial budgets and reporting timelines to ensure efficient study execution.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines and local regulations.
• Document adverse events and serious adverse events according to protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field
• Advanced degree preferred (Masters or PhD in Clinical Research)

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical studies
