Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to oversee and coordinate clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory practices and quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in conducting research to evaluate the effectiveness of new treatments and therapies. This position demands a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to monitor trial progress and ensure compliance with study protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain study documentation, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate with principal investigators, clinical staff, and other stakeholders throughout all stages of clinical trials.
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of patient data and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
  • Review and analyze trial data to support regulatory submissions and reporting.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on clinical trial processes.
  • Address site-specific issues to streamline operations and enhance study efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field
  • Advanced degree preferred (Masters or PhD in Clinical Research)
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical studies
