Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will oversee various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on HR policies and compliance.
  • Engage with employees to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Implement employee feedback systems to drive improvements.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Certification in HR management is a plus
